Deepak Chopra 21 Day Meditation Challenge Personal Review
I have taken part in this 21 day meditation challenge as part of a group. It opened my mind to the concept of infinite possibility. It helped me structure my daily meditation, and provided profound concepts to focus on and realign my life. I also completed the exercises or personal exploration that accompanies this process. This started a new phase of personal connection and growth for me.
I started a journal in which I completed the exercises and review these from time to time to refresh my path and daily journey.
I also have a deep appreciation for the Sanskrit mantras that are provided.
Christmas came along and I got side tracked and embraced the festivities without maintaining my personal connection to self. Without any quiet time my life veered off course.

I am not experienced enough to continue without structure and guidance. I will also start the recommended meditation days on the seven spiritual laws of success that make up the middle week of the meditation challenge. I will post a separate note on this as it deserves some contemplation.
Was this a miracle panacea for my life? No it is a process that requires a complete change in thinking and behaviour. Can it be done? Yes with practice and attention it can. You can focus on every moment and change the reality of your life.
I read a quote.
