#Passionfruitpower Shot

Everyone is talking about the Coronavirus. We are all trying to stay well.

Here is my idea for a boost of Vitamin C

Vitamin C Powershot - Please share the recipe to all.

Place the pulp of 5 granadillas/passionfruit in a sieve. Press out the juice. Drink as a shot. Ad turmeric, cinnamon or any other superfood such as moringa for maximum benefit (optional). Mix the remaining pulp with plain yoghurt!

Deepak Chopra 21 Day Meditation Challenge Personal Review

I have taken part in this 21 day meditation challenge as part of a group. It opened my mind to the concept of infinite possibility. It helped me structure my daily meditation, and provided profound concepts to focus on and realign my life. I also completed the exercises or personal exploration that accompanies this process. This started a new phase of personal connection and growth for me.

I started a journal in which I completed the exercises and review these from time to time to refresh my path and daily journey.

I also have a deep appreciation for the Sanskrit mantras that are provided.

Christmas came along and I got side tracked and embraced the festivities without maintaining my personal connection to self. Without any quiet time my life veered off course.

I decided to redo the challenge, this time on my own. I am currently on day 16. It is just as compelling as the first time I tried it.

So what will I do once I have completed the 21 days? I will continue to meditate daily. I will look for an app to guide my meditation. I am not experienced enough to continue without structure and guidance. I will also start the recommended meditation days on the seven spiritual laws of success that make up the middle week of the meditation challenge. I will post a separate note on this as it deserves some contemplation.

Was this a miracle panacea for my life? No it is a process that requires a complete change in thinking and behaviour. Can it be done? Yes with practice and attention it can. You can focus on every moment and change the reality of your life.
